Prior to our session you will be sent a quick intake form to fill out so I will know what areas you would like to focus on. In the initial session I will listen to your needs to better understand your goals and what you'd like to achieve. This can be anything from weight loss, nutrition, exercise, stress management, relationships, or any area that affects your health. The plan will be individualized to meet your needs.
