6 Session Health Coaching

Service Description

After our initial 60 minute consult we will work together in 5 more 45 minute follow up sessions. The follow-up sessions will allow us to discover barriers that are keeping you from moving forward, tweaking or changing your goals if needed and firming up the foundation for the new steps you have been taking toward positive health change! Choosing consistency to work with me will set you up for long term and lasting change!
